Helping Students, Educators, and Families Achieve Wellbeing During COVID-19 and Beyond

Just as COVID-19 threatens our physical health and safety, the uncertainty and social implications of this virus also risk our mental health. In these challenging times, it’s important we give equal focus and attention on maintaining our physical health as well as our mental and emotional health. 

We created the ADAPT Guides to help children, students, educators, and families achieve mental wellbeing during COVID-19 and beyond. The guides introduce a framework, tips, and activities everyone can use to become more aware of their feelings and behaviors as well as the feelings and behaviors of others and help us all actively cope with stress.
