Our goal is to get Adapt for Life to every kid in every school—to connect with students, parents and teachers in meaningful and significant ways. We offer this program for free to Cincinnati-area schools because suicide is a national epidemic, and there’s an immediate need for action. By educating students on mental health, we can help them before there’s a crisis.

Donations help us support, sustain and even expand the Adapt for Life program.

Families in our community need help. Children and adolescents are struggling with unprecedented levels of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, post- traumatic stress and other serious ailments. Unaddressed, these conditions can lead to poor performance in school, social isolation, self-harm and even suicide.

1N5’s mission is to promote optimal mental health for all Greater Cincinnati area youth through stigma reduction, community outreach, education and programming, policy and advocacy, and measurement and data. 1N5 helps schools create individualized, long-term mental health education programs that foster supportive environments for students, staff, families, and community members.
